The mission of the Wood County Committee on Aging, Inc., shall be to provide older adults with services and programs which empower them to remain independent and improve the quality of their lives.
The WCCOA is continuing the phased reopening of our eight (8) Senior Centers, with the first being the Wood County Senior Center on Monday, June 21st at 8:00 am. Lunch will be served from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm with advance reservation made by calling 419.353.5661 by 2:00 pm of the previous day.
The remaining seven (7) Senior Centers will re-open for their regular hours as follows: Perrysburg, Tuesday, July 6th; Rossford and Northeast (Walbridge) on Monday, July 19th; Pemberville and Wayne, Monday, August 9th; Grand Rapids, Monday, August 23rd; and North Baltimore, Tuesday, September 7th.
Masks are not required for those who are 14-days post their vaccination(s). Those participants who are unvaccinated are required to wear a mask when not eating or drinking.
