This 8-week series is intended for active adults who wish to take part in a brain wellness program. Just as breakfast is important for your body, mental stimulation is important for your brain health! Take part in this innovative series that is sure to exercise your brain by keeping it active and healthy. It will have you spelling backwards as well as brushing your teeth left-handed..
Cost: $10 for 8 sessions. Limit 20 people.

No charge for the dress rehearsal. Shrek, The Musical is based on the movie that came out in April 2001. There are over 100 students involved in the cast, crew, and orchestra. Carpooling is encouraged.

These gatherings will have participants experience interaction in a relaxing and engaging environment. Participation will aim to foster fellowship, promote the exploration of the Arts; dance, painting, drawing, music and movement.
