All proceeds will benefit the Wood County Committee on Aging Programs Scholarship Fund. This fund assists those who are on a fixed income that wish to participate in fee based services such as classes, events, fitness and health screenings.

Ladies dress for the occasion and enjoy an afternoon out!

 Decadent desserts
 Purchase new and gently used designer jewelry and purses
 Live band music, live auctioneer, & Photo Booth and much more!

**Donation of purses and costume jewelry needed.**
Drop off all items to Programs Department.

Are you Aging Well?

The six dimensions of wellness is an interdependent holistic wellness model that stresses the importance of aging well and wellness in all these areas of our lives: intellectual, spiritual, emotional, vocational, physical, and social. Kick-start your aging well adventure by focusing on the dimension spotlighted this month.
Our featured speaker is Kathy Williams, Humana, on the topic "Habits of Healthy People."

Handouts will be provided as well as time for questions and answers.

New Adventures Group - Senior Day at the Toledo Mud Hens

Tuesday, July 25 at 12:05 p.m.
Ticket Cost: $9 & Lunch Voucher $5
(includes a hot dog, chips, soft drink)

Meet at the St. Luke's Parking Lot at 10:45 a.m. to ride the Muddy Shuttle ($1 each way). Enjoy an afternoon game in the stadium as the Mud Hens challenge Pawtucket.

These gatherings will have participants experience interaction in a relaxing and engaging environment. Participation will aim to foster fellowship, promote the exploration of the Arts; dance, painting, drawing, music and movement. Relaxation techniques, social interaction and cognitive stimulation will also be provided. The program fee is $5 per person.
